1. On September 9, 2019, Defendant A and B conspired with the crime of fraud, such as: (a) writing out a false article on sales of goods on the Internet bulletin board via the telegram Maggram Messenger; and (b) making one-half of the sales of goods on the Internet, and making one-half of the sales of goods from the victims contacted; (c) Defendant A put a notice on the Internet; and (d) having the victim reported on the sales of goods on the Internet; and (e) having the one-bank account (C) having the victim receive the amount of damage.
