1. On June 25, 2016, at around 19:10 on June 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) carried a alcohol together with a victim D (50 years of age) who was living at the Defendant’s lower house in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju Northern-gu; and (b) carried a hand knick (40cm in total length, about 10cm in length, about 10cm in length) which is a dangerous object for the Defendant’s house going to the Defendant’s house on the second floor to refuse it; and (c) took the victim’s knife with a hand knife with the victim’s hand, followed the Defendant’s knife and knife the victim’s knife with the back knife part of the knife; and (d) opened the victim’s knife with the victim’s left part at one time in treatment.
Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.
2. On June 25, 2016, around 20:15, the Defendant alleged that the Defendant was 1.50,000 won in cash in the household room of the Victim E (the age of 56) who was parked in the vicinity of the “Eth Ethy Ethm-dong,” located in the center of Gwangju Dong-gu, Gwangju, by discovering the Fthmp car, and by opening a door to the wall in the vicinity of the said vehicle, and opening a door, and opening a door to 200,000 won in cash belonging to the victim.
