A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 19:20 on July 26, 2013, on the part of the victim D (the age of 46) located in Sejong City; (b) on the part of the victim D (the Defendant’s house and the victim’s orchard, the Defendant: (c) reported the victim’s spraying of agrochemicals while the victim was dissatisfied with noise from spraying agrochemicals by using pesticide spraying machines; and (d) knick (400m x 120m x 120m) that is a dangerous object stored in the Defendant’s house and found the victim’s knick with the head of the above knick, 4:5 times the left part of the victim’s face, and 3-4 times the victim’s face part.

As a result, the defendant carried dangerous things with the victim and inflicted injury on the victim, such as impairment of the face, which requires treatment for about two weeks.
