A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 26, 2020, the Defendant: (a) caused damage to a special property, on the ground that the victim D (ma, 64 years of age) was involved in the C flagwon parking lot located in Seosan-si B and caused the victim D (manam, 64 years of age) to cover himself/herself as the Bagman, and caused the damaged vehicle to be damaged by KRW 329,516, the repair cost of the damaged vehicle, which is a dangerous article in the Bagwon warehouse (35 cm in total length, 14 cm in daily length) in his/her hand, and cut off the front glass of the E 1 ton of the victim, who was parked there over seven times; and (b) caused the damage to the damaged vehicle by getting off the Bagr over one time with the rear part of the Bag-si.

Accordingly, the defendant carried a kick, which is a dangerous thing, and damaged the victim's property.

2. A special intimidation: (a) the Defendant: (b) took the date, time, place, and fingers as indicated in paragraph (1) and threatened the victim with sound to the effect that “out of the victim” she was “out of the victim; (c) the victim was at the location of the Defendant; and (d) the victim was at the height of the fingers as indicated in paragraph (1) of the same Article, which are dangerous things for the victim to move to the seat of the victim; and (d) in the manner that “I am out of the victim. I am back to the victim. I am back to the back. I am. I am. I am. I am. I am. I am. I am.”

Accordingly, the defendant carried a son who is a dangerous thing and threatened the victim.

Article 369(1) and Article 366 of the Criminal Act applicable to the crime, Articles 284 and 283(1) (a) of the Criminal Act, the former part of Article 37, Article 38(1)2, and Article 50 of the Criminal Act among concurrent criminal offenders who are subject to a fine for assault or bodily injury on June 2017.

Nevertheless, the defendant, at night, has a high risk to wear a hand, threatening another person.
