Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a sergeant.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On July 26, 2010, the Defendant entered SHW New Application in the customer name column, resident registration number D, address “Seoul Dongdaemun-gu,” and applicant “C” in the written consent for the provision of personal information collection/use entrustment, and entered in the written consent for the provision of personal information collection/use entrustment, and issued the stolen victim’s resident registration certificate in the form of “C” to the employee in charge of personal information in his name, along with the stolen victim’s resident registration certificate.

B. On August 13, 2010, the Defendant: (a) recorded the subscriber’s “C”; (b) resident registration number D; (c) address “Seoul Dongdaemun-gu”; (d) contact address; and (c) the applicant’s “C” in the written consent for the utilization of personal information; and (c) recorded the stolen victim’s resident registration certificate in the written consent for the utilization of personal information, and delivered the victim’s non-resident registration certificate to the employee in charge of personal information.

C. On August 27, 2010, the Defendant entered “C”, “C”, “D”, “Seoul Dongdaemun-gu, “C”, “C”, “K”, and “C” in the written consent for the provision of personal information collection/use entrustment, and sent the stolen victim’s resident registration certificate to the staff in charge of personal information failure. The Defendant entered the written consent for the provision of personal information collection/use entrustment in “C” and “C” in the written consent for the provision of personal information collection/use entrustment.

On September 18, 2010, the Defendant: (a) on September 18, 2010, in order to subscribe to a mobile phone in the name of the victim C at the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L Building 703, the Defendant bank, “C”, “D”, “Seoul Dongdaemun-gu N”, “I,O”, and “Automatic transfer bank” in the customer name column of the SHW New Application.
