A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who asserts the actual ownership of land C in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun (such as a person who has a weather name D), and E is a person who has contracted the construction work of a yellow house on the above land with a contract from the defendant.

As the Defendant began to claim ownership of the above land D, which is a weather name, such as the above land C, and filed a lawsuit against the above D on September 8, 2016, the Defendant brought an action against the above D on the claim of damages, and for the purpose of the clerk in favor of the above lawsuit for the purpose of using the favorable position in the above lawsuit, he was willing to forge the receipt under the name of E and submit it as evidence by forging the receipt as if the Defendant paid the actual construction cost to E (100 million won).

Accordingly, on September 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) prepared one receipt for the intermediate payment of construction work from A on March 24, 2016, using a computer network program at an irregular place; (b) prepared one receipt for the contract deposit of construction work in the name of E named “F Representative E”; and (c) received on July 20, 2016, as the contract deposit for construction work in the name of “F-gun, Ulsan Metropolitan City, Ulsan Metropolitan City, the Korea Housing Corporation; and (d) affixed one receipt for the intermediate payment of construction work in the name of “F Representative E”, stating “F-gun,” which was issued for any other purpose; and (c) affixed the above receipt on each of the above receipts.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant committed each of E, a private document on the rights and obligations, a receipt for the down payment of construction works and a receipt for the intermediate payment of construction works respectively.
