A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On August 20, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 4 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and on February 16, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 7 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and on October 7, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the same court on April 6, 2016 and completed the execution of the sentence at the prison on April 6, 2016.

1. On April 10, 2016, the Defendant discovered that the victim E was parked in a Fpoter freight vehicle of an amount equivalent to 7,510,000 won in front of the “D” located in Young-gun, Young-gun, the Defendant: (a) opened an unlocked driver’s seat and opened an unlocked driver’s seat to view the vehicle as a key attached to the driver’s seat; and (b) operated and stolen the said cargo vehicle.

2. The Defendant, as described in paragraph (1), stolen the cargo vehicles as indicated in the Road Traffic Act, and drive the said cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.136% without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately five meters from the front side of the “D” road to the front side of the entrance of the “saturg” in the vicinity of the road.
