Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] The defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 50,000 to a fine of KRW 500,00 for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the resident support of the Daegu District Court on November 30, 2009, and a summary order of KRW 1,500,000 for the same crime in the same court on July 26, 2010, and on May 17, 2012, the same court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of KRW 8 months for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking). On August 25, 2015, the same court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking) and became final and conclusive on July 1, 2016.

[Criminal facts. <201> On October 9, 2016, the Defendant, at around 23:20 on October 23:20, 2016, driven a Cone Starsch under the influence of alcohol content 0.159% in alcohol while under the influence of alcohol, without obtaining a driver's license in approximately 50 meters from the 50-meter section to the front road of the 2nd village hall in the annual salary located in North Korea 857, which is located in the same city and outside of the city.

On August 31, 2017, the Defendant driven a D-wing truck under the influence of alcohol content of 0.126%, without obtaining a driver’s license, from around 500 meters in a section of about 500 meters from the farm road located in the Indian-dong at the time of stay at around 21:20 to the road located in front of the South west of 2748 on the same city at the same time.
