A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and a fine of ten million won.

However, the period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a mutual meat sales business of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “D”.

No person shall make a false indication of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion as to the origin.

Nevertheless, from January 6, 2016 to January 25, 2017, the Defendant made a false indication of the place of origin of approximately 5,021k U.S. Beef purchased from the Epid Co., Ltd. from the Epid Co., Ltd., and made a false indication of the place of origin to approximately 409 kilograms, and then put a false indication of the origin on packing materials, which would lead to confusion with the country of origin by attaching the Stpid with the Styd Co., Ltd., 15,347,137, and sold to its customers at KRW 15,347,137. ② A false indication of the place of origin of the U.S. Beef purchased from Epid Co., Ltd., Ltd. from Epid Co., Ltd. to January 25, 2017; ③ Sale of approximately 148,985,828 won from Epid Co., Ltd., Ltd., 2014.
