The Defendant is a person engaged in food manufacturing and selling business under the trade name of “D” in Mayang-siB.

No one shall make a false indication of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion with it pursuant to the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products.

피고인은 2019. 3. 26.부터 2019. 5. 10.까지 경남 의창구 E에 있는 ㈜F에서 시가 90,750원 상당의 검정콩조림(검정콩 : 중국산, 단량 : 180g) 55팩(9.9kg ), 시가 41,250원 상당의 된장깻잎(깻잎 : 중국산, 단량 : 150g) 25팩(3.75kg ), 시가 74,250원 상당의 양념깻잎(깻잎 : 중국산, 단량 : 150g) 45팩(6.75kg ), 시가 74,250원 상당의 무말랭이(무말랭이 : 중국산, 단량 : 180g) 45팩(8.1kg )을 구입한 다음 주원료 검정콩, 깻잎, 무말랭이의 원산지를 국내산으로 거짓표시하여 시가 169,600원 상당의 검정콩조림 53팩, 시가 70,400원 상당의 된장깻잎 22팩, 시가 137,600원 상당의 양념깻잎 43팩, 시가 131,200원 상당의 무말랭이 41팩을 판매하였고, 2019. 5. 9. 업소 진열대에 검정콩조림 2팩, 무말랭이 4팩, 된장깻잎 3팩, 양념깻잎 2팩을 주원료의 원산지를 국내산으로 거짓표시하여 진열ㆍ판매 중이었다.
