A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 10, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of four months for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint assault) at the Busan District Court, and on August 16, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a four-month imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court for the crime of interference with business, and on December 26, 2018, the sentence of the suspended sentence was invalidated upon the final judgment, and the execution of the sentence was completed on July 15, 2019.

1. Around 18:00 on March 20, 2020, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on the part of the victim D (the age of 65) who was going to enter the said marina in front of “Catt” located in Busan, Busan, and was aware of the Defendant’s trial expenses; and (b) committed assault on the part of the victim’s left shoulder in a bad hand.

From around 18:25 on March 28, 2020 to 18:35 on the same day, the Defendant was unable to enter the “G” operated by the victim F in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, on the ground that the victim was suffering from the Defendant’s new launch, and the Defendant did not purchase the entrance to the above “G” in order for customers to have approximately 10 minutes of the market price at around 126,600,000 of the market price of the shoulder glass, which had been trying to sell.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's business by force and at the same time damaged the victim's property.
