A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while residing in Korea, advertised the figures of the U.S. visa issuing company specializing in the issuance of visa in the U.S. that can issue visa even illegal aliens in the U.S. by setting Handphones in a foreign country while living in Korea. On the request of a person who intends to issue visa in good faith and unjustifiable manner, the Defendant, in collusion with the requester, intended to forge the certificate of employment to be submitted to the Embassy of the U.S. and the details of financial transactions

In collusion with E, the Defendant entered documents containing personal information, such as “a copy of a passport,” in collusion with E, in order to create necessary documents to receive U.S. visa from E at around January 2015, Kimpo-si J apartment at Kimpo-si, 107 Dong 1802, Dong 107, and Dong 1802.
