A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

8 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

On February 1, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Sungnam Support for the Friwon of Friwon, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 14, 2017.

The Defendant, despite being not a handler of narcotics, conspired with D to purchase Metrophographs (one philopopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), which is a local mental medicine, with D;

1. From early April 2016, on May 2016, 2016, G purchased approximately 10 grams of 200,000 won in cash from G to G at the front public parking lot of the F Station located in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si, Mansan-si, and purchased approximately 10 grams of philophones contained in vinyl packaging from G;

2. On June 2016, 201, K sent by J along with D in a D’s car parked in the front way of the “I” hospital located in the Dong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Ansan-si, and purchase approximately 10g of a penphone, which is contained in vinyl packaging, from K, with D’s cash of KRW 2 million and 10g of a penphone contained in vinyl packaging;

3. On June 2016, Haman purchased 200,000 won in cash from D with D within D’s car parked on the front side of the said “I” hospital, and purchased approximately 10g of phiphones contained in vinyl packaging from K, with D’s purchase;

4. On July 2016, 2016, K sent to J along with D’s car parked on the front side of the “I” hospital, purchased approximately KRW 2 million in cash, 100,000,000 from K, and 10g of clophones contained in vinyl packaging.
