A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

However, for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, the execution of the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible.

Nevertheless, at around 16:15 on June 13, 2019, the Defendant intentionally obstructed the width of the registration number plate “D” in front of the freight truck C at the front of Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City B, thereby making it difficult for the Defendant to identify the registration number plate on the front of the freight truck.
