Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 12, 2019, the Defendant received a traffic accident 112 report at the entrance door, at C, at C, at the time of March 12, 2019, 4 police officers, including E, who were called up, were subject to the crackdown on drunk driving.
