A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 24, 2019, at around 12:05, the Defendant: (a) while drinking alcohol in B apartment or in C’s residence, at around 12:05, the Defendant: (b) sought assistance from the staff of the apartment management office; and (c) sought advice from C; (d) police officers, such as E (25) of the police officer, who was called for after receiving a report of 112 years of age from the staff of the management office; and (e) sought advice from C on the circumstances of the instant case; and (e) entered C along with C with C to request the Defendant to change C’s mobile phone; and (e) was placed on the B’s mobile phone bridge.

The Defendant committed assault, such as, in order to continuously photograph the inside of the residence, the police officers “I am, I am, I am soon, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am on the floor of the hand, I am strongly am, I am, I am, I am a threat to E’s face.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
