Defendant
A is the captain of G (69t and Incheon Si registry) who is the inshore fishing vessel owned by the victim F from January 1, 2015 to June 20, 2016, and is engaged in the business of catching a flowers in the sea, and then transferring the catch transported vessel for the victim H. The captain of H (32t, Incheon Si registry) who is the carrier of the victim from February 13, 2016 to June 2016, and is engaged in the business of transporting the flowers caught by the said G from the sea to the joint wholesale market of J. 39, 222 - 39,00,000 for the victim. Defendant C is a person who engages in the business of transporting the flowers caught by the victim from the sea to the sea of the fishery transport vessel owned by the victim from February 13, 2016 to the end of Jun. 20, 201.
