Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the owner of the 24 tons of fishing vessel B (24 tons) adjacent to the coast guard in Gunsan-si and also the captain who is also the captain and supervises the crew and endeavor not to cause any safety accident, and is overall responsible for the operation and management of the vessel.
1.
