1. The Defendant’s KRW 121,772,285 as well as 6% per annum from February 25, 2015 to November 12, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. 2. Determination as to the cause of action

A. The plaintiff's assertion that the defendant, an educational institution, does not form an independent corporation or separate accounting unit for fish farms, and does not sell all or part of the products, the defendant's payment of the agricultural power fee for the electricity used in fish farms violates the type of contract, and therefore, the defendant is liable to pay the plaintiff penalty under the electrical supply terms and conditions.
