Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2016, the Defendant installed a pole at both entrances of cement road, approximately 80 meters in length and approximately 3 meters in width, and installed a hackman on June 22, 2016, and installed a hackman around June 22, 2016, thereby hindering the traffic of land on land used for public traffic.
