Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 2007, the Defendant interfered with ordinary traffic, at the boundary of D and E, which is the entrance entrance of the workplace C, which is an access road to the workplace located in Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do Police Officer B, and at the boundary of D and E, connected both sides to a decline, thereby interfering with traffic through land, such as interfering with passage of residents of the same kind who embling a farmer at the workplace above the said workplace.

2. The Defendant interfered with the duty of the victim by preventing the access road to the above workplace from around the above day to around the 28th day of the same month, thereby obstructing the victim F from entering a vehicle in which materials to carry the wood crafts operations are loaded at the above workplace.

Summary of Evidence

1. The defendant's partial statement of the court (it is true that the defendant connects hacks as stated in the facts of the crime, but it was established to prevent people from entering his own land by setting off a hacks or dumping garbage, and in the case of hacks residents, the hacks was set off when having access to the land, and F did not contact with the hacks by allowing them to get out the hacks when having access to the land. The above act of the defendant is to prevent infringement on his land, and it constitutes a justifiable act within the extent that the above F or Dong residents should recognize it. However, according to the evidence (G's statement was excluded) below, access to the above workplace is a land which is the object of general traffic obstruction, and only if the defendant requests to install hacks on the ground that it prevents the people from entering the land of his know-how, it is impossible to freely contact the above access road until it reaches the original point of view or leaving it out.
