1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 as well as KRW 20,000 among them, which shall be from February 2, 2017 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. As to the portion partially dismissed, there is no evidence to acknowledge the agreement on interest amounting to KRW 20,000,000 on the loan amounting to KRW 20,000 on May 30, 201. Therefore, the part exceeding damages for delay by the rate of KRW 15% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint to the day of full payment among the damages for delay, shall be dismissed.
