1. The Plaintiff:
A. As to KRW 25,579,819 and KRW 20,000 among Defendant B, Defendant B shall be from September 14, 2015 to September 30, 2015.
Reasons
1. According to the evidence Nos. 1 through 3-4 of the land A, the facts as stated in the attached sheet No. 3-4 can be acknowledged.
(Attachment 1-B “ October 1, 2016” is a clerical error in the text of “ October 1, 2015” (attached Form 1-B).
2. If so, the Plaintiff, and Defendant B, as to KRW 25,579,819 and KRW 20,000 among them, are obligated to pay 12% interest per annum from September 14, 2015 to September 30, 2015; and 25% interest per annum from January 31, 2017 to the date of full payment; the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay 50,000,000 and interest per annum 25% interest per annum from November 15, 2016 to the date of full payment.
