1. The defendant,
A. From April 17, 2012, the Plaintiff 3,129,590 won and its related thereto:
B. Plaintiff B: 1,000,000 won; and
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On March 8, 2011, Plaintiff A joined the Defendant and served until April 2, 2012. After his retirement, Plaintiff A was unable to receive KRW 3,129,590,00,00 for the wages of February 2, 2012 from the Defendant, and thereafter, the amount of KRW 1,00,000 for the wages of March 3, 2012, and KRW 66,660 for the wages of April 2012, and retirement allowances of KRW 1,062,930 for retirement allowances.
B. On January 3, 2012, Plaintiff B joined the Defendant and served until February 29, 2012. After retirement, Plaintiff B was not paid KRW 1,00,000 as wages of February 2, 2012 from the Defendant.
C. On November 18, 201, Plaintiff C joined the Defendant and served until April 17, 2012. After retirement, Plaintiff C did not receive the total of KRW 2,56,60,600 for the wages of February 1, 2012, and KRW 1,000 for the wages of March 2012, and KRW 56,60 for the wages of April 2012.

D As of March 8, 2011, upon joining the Defendant and serving until April 3, 2012, D had not received KRW 2,00,000 from the Defendant on January 2, 2012, 200, wage of February 2012, 200, wage of KRW 2,000,000, wage of March 3, 2012, wage of KRW 133,330, wage of April 201 and retirement allowance of KRW 2,125,860, total amount of KRW 8,259,190.
E. On November 4, 201, Plaintiff E joined the Defendant and served until May 4, 2012. After retirement, Plaintiff E did not receive the total of KRW 2,132,000,000, wage of March 3, 2012, wage of KRW 1,000,000 for April 201, and wage of KRW 132,00 for May 2012.

2. Determination
A. According to the above facts, the Defendant: (a) from April 17, 2012 when 14 days have passed since the date of retirement for the Plaintiff’s total amount of wages and retirement allowances paid to the Plaintiff A; (b) from March 15, 2012 when 14 days have passed since the date of retirement for the Plaintiff’s wages of KRW 1,00,000; (c) from March 15, 2012 when 14 days have passed since the date of retirement for the Plaintiff’s unpaid wages of KRW 2,56,60; and (d) from May 2, 2012 when 14 days have passed since the date of retirement for the Plaintiff’s unpaid wages and retirement allowances of KRW 8,259,190; and (e) the Plaintiff’s unpaid wages and retirement allowances
