Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, “2016 Highest 25, 2016,” in response to the victims who posted an article to purchase goods in the Internet NAV and the Korean car page, had no intent or ability to sell the goods, and had the victim made a false statement as if he sold the goods, to acquire money and valuables by means of remitting the price of the goods.

On December 2, 2015, the Defendant posted a letter on the Internet NAV and the victim D's bulletin board "I wish to purchase the EM PPP right" at the Internet NAS Mapo-si Mapo-si Mapo-si Mapo-si Mapo-si on December 2, 2015, and contacted the victim to sell the EM PP right in KRW 100,000.

The phrase “ makes a false statement.”

However, the defendant did not have the above market access right and did not have the intention or ability to sell it to the victim.

Around 15:01 on the same day, the Defendant received KRW 100,000 from the injured party to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (G) in the name of F, and received KRW 2,233,00 in total from the 111 victims to December 17, 2015, respectively, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached crime.

"2016 Highest 65" accused the victims who posted an article to purchase goods on the Internet NAV and the Korean car page, and did not have the intention or ability to sell the article, but did not have the intention or ability to sell the article, the Defendant made a false statement as if he sold the article, thereby receiving money by means of remitting the price of the article.
