A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 1, 201, the Defendant purchased philophones by 0.35g philophones containing 0.35gs from C from a single-use popon on the alleyway in the fish market located in the Changwon Mucompo-dong, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and delivering KRW 20,000 of the purchase price of philophones.
2. On September 1, 201, at around 16:00, the Defendant purchased phiphones by taking approximately 0.35 glophones contained in C from a single-use folder in front of the Gannam Bank’s Gyeongnam Bank’s Gaon, which was located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Seoul, and then delivering 200,000 won of phiphones.
3. On October 201, 201, the Defendant issued approximately 0.7g of phiphonephones to D in the office of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, a container stuffed in Changwon-si, which was located in Changwon-si.
4. On October 201, at around 17:00 on the first day of the mid-term 201, the Defendant purchased philopon by putting about 0.7g of philopon contained in C in a single-use injection machine on the front day of a lotl, which is located in the Changwon Madon Madon, in the middle of 201, and delivering 400,000 won for purchasing philop.
