A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Seized evidence 3 through 8 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On September 23, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor in Seoul Eastern District Court for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. on September 23, 201, and on October 2, 201, was not a narcotics handler.

1. The Defendant committed a crime of purchasing phiphones,

(a) at around 22:00 on the first day of November 2012, in the vicinity of the Yang Jae-dong located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, purchase 1.5 million won in the amount of 5 grams of psychotropic drugs from C, psychotropic drugs, and purchase 1.5 million won in the amount thereof;

(d) purchase 1.5 grams in the vicinity of the hotel above E in the middle of 22:00 on the date of February 2013, in the middle of 2013, in the amount of 4.5 grams from C, and in the amount of 1.5 million won in the amount;

E. On February 2, 2013, around 23:00 on the lower day, at the vicinity of G University located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F University, the amount equivalent to five gramopon from C, and the purchase of 1.5 million won on the floopon;

(f) in the vicinity of the hotel above E at around 20:00 on the first day of March 2013, purchase 1.5 million won per 1.5 million won per philophones in the face of five grams from C;

G.
