A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

On September 23, 2015, the Defendant had been sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for an occupational embezzlement in the original branch of the Chuncheon District Court on September 23, 2015, and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the original prison on May 16, 2016. On August 18, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. at the Suwon Branch of the Suwon District Court on August 11, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 11, 2017.

Punishment of the crime

From September 2016, the Defendant was in accounting with D's company located in Ssung City, and had the copy of the head of the Tong and the copy of the driver's license connected to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of E (F) who is an employee of the said company kept the copy of the head of the Tong and the copy of the driver's license connected to E (F) in the name of E, and used by using the mobile phone and the head of e with the credit card issued in the name of E.

1. As a result, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant set up a new contract for the above E, a private document on rights and obligations, and a new contract for mobile phone service, respectively.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, issued two copies of a forged new contract, as described in paragraph 1, to the above H, who was aware of the forgery, and exercised the same.

3. The Defendant involved in the cellular phone and head PC was in accordance with the date and time set forth in paragraph 1, and at the same place, forged p.m. PC with the above H.
