When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, on April 16, 2019, around 15:35, the Defendant made it difficult for the Defendant to identify the registration number plate by using a paper bag and a fixed part of the front registration number plate of the male-friendly B, which was owned by the male-child Party C in the street store in order to avoid the crackdown of the violation of parking and stopping on the roads near the basin.

The defendant has been punished several times due to the crime of immigration.

However, the defendant recognized the crime of this case and reflected his mistake.

On the other hand, there is no history that the defendant was punished as a violation of the Automobile Management Act.

In full view of such circumstances as well as the Defendant’s age, character and conduct, environment, motive and background of the instant crime, means and consequence, and circumstances after the instant crime, the punishment as ordered shall be determined.
