Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, each of the above two years against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 19, 201, at the Defendant’s house located in the Dong E and Dong B01 (F Housing) around February 19, 201, Defendant A opened a private sports soil website (G) with a computer and deposited KRW 200,000 into the account designated at the above gambling site in the form of a domestic or foreign stable, camping district, etc. for sports games, such as a stable, camping district, etc.; Defendant A draw up with a dividend in accordance with the pre-determined dividend rate; Defendant A draw up in the manner of receiving dividends according to the pre-determined dividend rate; Defendant B draw up to June 14, 201, deposited KRW 32,670,000 in the above gambling site with a total amount of KRW 107 times as indicated in attached Table 1, 201.
2. Defendant B: (a) deposited KRW 50,00,00 from the Defendant’s home located at the Gu Government-Si around February 17, 2011 to the “G” website using a computer to deposit 50,000 to the J which is an account designated at the said gambling site in the form of domestic and overseas axis, camping districts, etc.; (b) provided money in a way of gambling in accordance with the predetermined dividend rate; (c) provided, from that time to June 22, 201, he/she deposited KRW 11,30,000 in total in the account of the said gambling site by depositing 103 times in total, as shown in attached Table 2 of the Crimes List 2; and (d) provided, (e) provided that the said gambling site has gambling;
3. Defendant C deposited 60,000 won in L, which is designated at the above gambling site, after habitually accessing the Defendant’s home located at the Gu Government-si around 18:48 on February 25, 2011, with a computer, into the “G”, and deposited 60,000 won in L, which is a designated account at the above gambling site, and received money in the form of domestic and overseas sports games, such as a stable, camping, etc., with a view to getting dividends in accordance with the predetermined dividend rate.
