1. As to Defendant B’s KRW 95,100,000 and KRW 22,00,00 among them, Defendant B shall be KRW 53,100,000 from October 2, 2010 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. From March 31, 2001 to October 30, 201, Defendant B organized and operated 500,000 won for each month’s payment (hereinafter “payment”) and 20 months for the period, 20 months for the total number of units, 10,000 won for the total number of units, and 10,000 won for the total number of units.

Each of the above numbers shall be paid KRW 500,00 per month by the members, but in the case of the members who received the fraternity, 600,000,000, in addition to the interest rate of KRW 100,000 from the following month of the month of receipt, and from the second recipient, the amount of KRW 10,000,000 was operated by the method of paying the interest rate of KRW 1% per month for the period excluding the first and the last installment at the time of receipt of the fraternity.

B. The Plaintiff subscribed to the above 10 numbers of the above 10 numbers operated by Defendant B, and the number of units of the Gu subscribed to the 8,9,10th number meter (hereinafter collectively referred to as “each number meter of this case”) among them are as follows.

1) The Plaintiff’s number meter starting on February 28, 2009 and ending on October 1, 2010 (hereinafter “8th number meter”).

2) On November 10, 2009, the Plaintiff joined the 5th unit of 5.5 unit of 2009, and on June 11, 201, the Plaintiff joined the 5 unit of 5 unit of 5 units of 5 units of 5 units of 5 units of 201.

3) The Plaintiff’s number system starting on October 30, 2010 and ending on May 31, 2012 (hereinafter “10th number system”).

c. Defendant B did not operate the number system any longer on June 201, 201, before the 10th 10th number meter arrives at the maturity. [The grounds for recognition] did not dispute, and each entry in Gap evidence 7, 8, and 15 (if any, including each number; hereinafter the same shall apply).

2. Claim against the defendant B

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion 1 by the parties: (a) the Plaintiff paid KRW 2,750,00 for 20 months the monthly payment of KRW 5.5 Guide 8’s number fraternity; and (b) around September 3, 2010, the Plaintiff received KRW 5,850,000 in total of the guidance and interest on the anti-government accounts.

Therefore, the plaintiff remains on the expiration date.
