A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 20, 2010, KRW 10 million, the Defendant by deceiving the victim as if he did not have the ability or intent to pay the amount in good faith even if he did not have the ability or intent to pay the amount in good faith, and subscribed to three units units of the above number system ( KRW 500,000 per month, KRW 650,000,000,000,0000,000,000 won was collected by 20,000 won, and KRW 10,000,000,000,000).
On October 20, 2010, and November 20, 2010 and December 20, 2010, the Defendant received a total of KRW 30,000,000 from the victim, each of which was paid by the above numbering accounts, but did not pay KRW 27,160,000 out of the Defendant’s payment, thereby allowing the victim to pay KRW 27,160,000 on behalf of the victim, thereby gaining property benefits equivalent to the same amount.
2. On May 20, 201, the Defendant, at the place indicated in the preceding paragraph, by deceiving the victim as if he did not have any ability or intent to pay the monthly payment, thereby deceiving the victim into two parts of the above number-based number-based account (one shall be 300,000 won by collecting 16 members of the fraternity, and 2.3 million won shall be collected, and the advance payment shall be 2 million won per month, and the advance payment after receiving the advance payment shall be 2.3 million won per month), and the Defendant subscribed to two parts of the above number-based account (one shall be son, two shall be son, and two shall be son, and the Defendant shall be able to receive the advance payment).
