A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall conduct any act of smoking or taking in marijuana or its seed coats, and shall conduct any act of carrying marijuana, its seeds, or its seed coats for the purpose of smoking or taking in.

1. Around 01:00 on July 5, 2012, the Defendant possessed marijuana by means of inserting it into one’s own home in order to smoke after being delivered with a large amount of marijuana from C in the vicinity of the Si where he was permanently stationed in North Korea.

2. On July 6, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around night, around the night, at a garbage incineration plant near the Gyeonggi-si; (b) made one cigarette containing approximately 0.5g of marijuana among marijuana possessed in the same manner as “paragraph 1”; (c) made one cigarette containing approximately 0.5g of marijuana; and (d) smoked marijuana by smoking in the container.
