1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 47,847,660 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 14, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

In addition to the purport of the entire argument in the statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 7, the plaintiff supplied liquor to the defendant from November 2014 to August 2017, and the plaintiff can be recognized as not being paid KRW 47,847,660 out of the price of the goods arising from the above goods transaction as of the closing date of argument in the instant case. Thus, the defendant is liable to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from September 14, 2017 to the day of full payment, as requested by the plaintiff, as the price of the goods is KRW 47,847,660, and the price of the goods as of the closing date of argument in the instant case.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
