1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 34,331,924 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 19, 2019 to the day of full payment.

1. From January 11, 2017 to August 11, 2017, the Plaintiff sold goods, such as PE Bookbook, to the Defendant. The Plaintiff was not paid KRW 34,331,924 from the Defendant’s price for goods.

According to the above recognition of the claim for the price of goods, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 34,331,924 won for the price of goods and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from February 19, 2019 to the day of full payment, as claimed by the plaintiff, after the date of final supply of the goods.

3. The plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition with the assent of all participating Justices.
