A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, in collusion with B, conspired with B to forge a private document forgery or display a private document, intended to borrow money from C by providing it as security.

The Defendant: (a) around February 16, 2012, at a mutually influent real estate office located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si; and (b) even though the Defendant had not concluded a lease contract on the housing of the third floor E and the third floor E with D, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, and Seocheon-si, the Defendant, using a computer, proposed that the employees of the above real estate office’s name in the form of “Ycheon-si E, Seocheon-gu, third floor E,” “Ocheon-si (5,00,000),” “Ocheon-si, 27 October 201; (b) the date of the contract was “Seoul-do, Seocheon-do; (c) the Plaintiff prepared to affix his seal in advance on the name of the lessee; and (d) the Defendant had his signature and affix his seal to C on the 1,000,000 won before signing the contract.

Accordingly, in collusion with B, the Defendant, without authority, forged one copy of the annual rent contract in the name of D, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, and exercised it for the purpose of exercising.

2. On February 23, 2012, the Defendant, in collusion with B, shows one copy of the forged annual rent contract, as described in the preceding paragraph, at the J Office of Law Firm in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, to the victim C. B, “A (the Defendant) who is an son in the Republic of Korea, is taking full account of KRW 55,00,000,000,000,000, deposit amount from the lessorD No. 2 of Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul. If the Defendant borrowed the money to offer as security for the said rent contract, the Defendant would pay the money by October 23, 2012.”
