A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 11, 2017, the Defendant, at the public telephone mark next to the D cafeteria located in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, embezzled one credit card of Gohap, Inc., the victim E lost, one corporate bank credit card in the name of the same company, five credit cards in the name of the victim (Korean bank card, corporate bank card, foreign exchange bank card, Samsung Bank card, Samsung Card, Nonghyup Card), and one bank mar card in the name of the victim, without taking necessary procedures such as discovering one, and returning it to the victim, and embezzled it as the victim’s thought to use. From that time to April 19, 2018, the Defendant embezzled it by having the victims use the lost goods at least seven times in the same manner as the daily list of crimes in the attached Form.

2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in larceny and credit finance;

A. On September 11, 2017, at around 21:14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) put 5-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul, Seoul, in the part of the Plaintiff’s unmanned sales machine for the gift certificates of L&C management, the Defendant: (b) posted 1 copy of the credit card bank (credit number F) in the name of Gohap-NC Co., Ltd., which embezzled as above, into the above unmanned sales machine; and (c) selected 10,000 won for the gift certificates owned by the victim; and (d) deposited 10,000 won for the gift certificates.

B. The Defendant continued to put in the same place at around 21:17 on the same day, after choosing the purchase of merchandise coupons, 10,000 won cultural merchandise coupons owned by the victim, and 30,000 won was settled.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victim and used the lost credit card.
