A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to eight months and a fine of up to three hundred thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, only 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a student of the English nationality.

1. No one who violates the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act shall alcoholic beverages in a riotous or disorderly manner by uttering or doing rough words or conducts at a government office while under the influence of alcohol;

그럼에도 피고인은 2017. 5. 20. 07:15 경부터 같은 날 08:40 경까지 서울 용산구 원효로 89길 24( 원효로 1가 )에 있는 서울용 산 경찰서에서, 술에 취한 상태에서 ‘ 체포된 외국인들에게 피의자의 권리에 대해 알려주어야 한다 ’며 위 경찰서 C 형사 당직 사무실로 찾아와, 외국인들에게 말을 걸고 영어로 큰 소리로 떠드는 등 소란을 피워 경찰관들 로부터 퇴거조치 받았음에도, 사무실 문 밖에서 반복하여 출입문 벨을 지속적으로 누르고, 경찰관들이 문을 개방한 후 사건 관계자 외에 당직 실에 들어 올 수 없음을 알려주었음에도 경찰관들에게 ‘ 퍽 큐 ’라고 수 회 욕설을 하여 관공서 인 서울용 산 경찰서에서 몹시 거친 말과 행동으로 주정하거나 시끄럽게 하였다.

2. On June 17, 2017, around 09:26, the Defendant damaged public goods, approaching the F police box box (G, sunitor) parked by police officers dispatched to the above restaurant to the effect that fighting occurred in front of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, in order to process a report on the occurrence of a fighting in the above restaurant, and then cut off the bridge (s-unitor) installed on the said window by 3 to 4 times in his/her hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the patrol car, which is an object used by public offices, to bear repair costs.

3. Interference with performing public duties;

A. On May 20, 2017, the Defendant was arrested in flagrant offenders committing the crime of violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act in the Seoul Yongsan Police Station around 08:40 on May 20, 2017, the Seoul Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, whose effect is 89-24 (originality 1), and the background leading up to the Seoul Yongsan Police Station’s violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act as stated in paragraph 1 and H are together with other police officers.
