Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 2, 2013, the Defendant, when promoting a company in office, reflected the English record in promotion, had the intention to obtain excellent results in traffic (OPOC) through an authorized English test, and was issued with B, a proxy tester who became aware of through the Internet portal site, in collusion with B, who was issued an identification card with the face of B, and used it to obtain the identification card on which a photograph of the face of the Defendant was attached, and then planned to pay three million won to B in return.
1. The Defendant, on December 6, 2013, filed an application for re-issuance of a driver’s license on the grounds that he/she lost his/her driver’s license at the examination site of the Seoul Western driver’s license located in Mapo-gu, Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul, 42-gil 13 (Weamam-dong) and submitted to the public official in charge of personal affairs by attaching a synthetic photograph with his/her face photograph recorded in B from the Defendant and the public official in charge of personal affairs in the form of submitting it to the public official in charge of personal affairs. As such, the Defendant, on the ground that the driver’s license of the vehicle with a synthetic photograph created the driver’s license of the vehicle with the above synthetic photograph attached, made the public official in charge enter the fact of non-performance into the driver’s license of the Defendant under the name of the
Accordingly, in collusion with B, the Defendant made a false report to the public official, and made him enter false facts in his license.
2. On December 9, 2013, the Defendant: (a) accessed buildings; (b) illegally recorded licenses; and (c) applied for a traffic test conducted by a private person (ju) in charge of traffic test in B and B; and (d) around December 9, 2013, B entered the office for a traffic test conducted by the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Melaro 212 (Haakdong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong), and completed the test on behalf of the traffic manager at the traffic test site in Seoul Pacific Quaker.
