Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

C은 미국에서 대학교 과정 교육을 받아 영어에 능통한 사람으로 텝스 등 공인 영어시험에 대리 응시하여 높은 점수를 획득하여 주고 상대방으로부터 대가를 받기로 하고 어학시험 관련 인터넷 사이트 등에 각종 어학 대리시험이 가능하다는 광고성 글에 자신의 이메일 주소를 제시하여 홍보하였다.

On May 2017, the Defendant reported the advertising of the Internet site on which various language substitute tests may be conducted at a scarcity 2017, and sent a photographic file to C, upon request for an agency test, after communicating C by e-mail. The Defendant sent a certified photographic file received by C to C, using the stoptop site program, etc., and sent it to C, upon receipt of a driver’s license with a synthetic photograph attached.

1. On May 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) drafted an application for re-issuance of a driver’s license at the Daegu-gu Residents’ License Test site located in 38, South-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) attached a synthetic photograph transmitted by C in the photo column of the said application for re-issuance to the “Register of Driver’s License Information System”; and (c) caused a public official in charge to enter false facts into the driver’s license certificate under the name of the Defendant in the name of the Commissioner General of the National Police Agency in Daegu-gu.

Accordingly, in collusion with C, the defendant made a false report to C, and made it enter false facts in his license.

2. Intrusion into a structure, the exercise of false or non-entry licenses, and interference C with the business shall designate and notify the defendant of the test site and date on which he can apply for, and the defendant shall be the above test site and the test site.
