Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 10, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor by larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on May 10, 201 and completed the enforcement of the above sentence on November 29, 201, is intellectual disability and mental illness, which lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions.

1. On January 18, 2017, at the first floor parking lot of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yongsan-gu, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim’s 300,000 won of the market price, including one copy of the victim’s E-M truck, national credit card, agricultural credit card, and resident registration certificate; (b) one cell phone in the 200,000 won of the market price; and (c) one cellular phone in the Samsung Galth-gu, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 20,000,000.

2. On January 18, 2017, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Credit and the fraud, purchased a scambling at the “G” store located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, and took place as if the Defendant had legitimate authority to use the stolen national card, as described in paragraph 1, and presented the said national card to the pointr, 365,000 won, and acquired it by using the stolen credit card or the credit card acquired by deceiving a stolen person, such as the one using the stolen credit card in the attached Form No. 1 in the same manner, and acquired it by deceiving the goods equivalent to KRW 3,968,940 in total by using the credit card acquired by deceiving a stolen credit card or another person on 46 occasions, such as the one in the attached Form No. 1.

3. On January 19, 2017, the Defendant’s unlawful uttering of official document presents D’s resident registration certificate to the employee in charge of issuing the above D’s Samsung Credit Card in order to obtain the above D’s Samsung Credit Card at the I department store customer center located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seoul, by presenting and using the above D’s resident registration certificate, which is a stolen official document, as described in paragraph 1, to the employee in charge of issuing the credit card, as described in paragraph 1, and by presenting D’s resident registration certificate to the employee in charge of issuing the said D’s resident registration certificate on three occasions, such as the 2nd page of the crime sight list.
