Defendant
A on March 19, 2009, at the Busan District Court sentenced one year to a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) and completed the execution of the sentence on October 21, 2009, the Defendants are not the persons handling narcotics.
1. Defendant A
A. On June 2012, the Defendant received approximately 0.03 grams of psychotropic drugs from the Plaintiff (one philophone; hereinafter “philophone”) from the Plaintiff, around 101 Dongdong-gu, Busan, and from E, received approximately 0.03 grams of psychotropic drugs.
B. (1) On January 2012, the Defendant purchased 200,000 won from G and approximately 0.3g of philopon in front of the Busan Eastdong-gu Ffold, Busan. (2) On February 2013, the Defendant purchased 10,000 won from H and approximately 0.3g of philopon. (3) On February 2013, 2013, the Defendant purchased 10,000 won from H and 0.3g of philopon.
3) On May 2013, the Defendant purchased 200,000 won and approximately 0.3g of philopon around G with around 101, and purchased approximately 0.3g of philopon. 4) On June 2013, the Defendant purchased 20,000 won and approximately 0.3g of philopon around G around 101, 201.
5) On July 9, 2013, the Defendant purchased 200,000 won from G and approximately 0.3g of philophones. 6) around July 11, 2013, the Defendant purchased 20,000 won from G and approximately 0.3g of philophones.
C. Around February 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received request from B to request from B to rescue a phiphone; (b) made B transfer of KRW 200,000 of the purchase price of a phiphone to H; (c) received approximately 0.5g of a phiphone from H and sent it to B; (b) thereby, the Defendant assisted the Defendant to trade approximately 0.5g of a phiphone between B and H. A around February 19, 2013; and (c) requested the Defendant to seek a phiphone around 101, around February 19, 2013, upon receiving the request from B to seek a phiphone.
