A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, the creditors of the Defendant, B, D, and E, to the Seoul Northern District Court, drafted an agreement with the Seoul Northern District Court that “A and the Defendant have completed all obligations with respect to G Apartment H on April 23, 2015,” stating that “A and the Defendant have completed all obligations with respect to G Apartment H, which are owned by the Defendant, by means of arbitrarily adding the content “A and all obligations with the Defendant” to “the termination of all obligations with the Defendant,” in the agreement with the Seoul Northern District Court on April 23, 2015, when the Defendant filed a lawsuit seeking revocation of the right to claim ownership transfer, which was completed by the receipt No. 42950 on April 23, 2015, and won the above B, etc. in the first instance trial.”

1. On October 31, 2017, the Defendant modified the private document by arbitrarily inserting the content of the agreement in the above D, B, and E written between the above D, B, and E in a restaurant where the trade name in the Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dobongdong is unknown, and modifying each agreement, which is a private document on D, B, E’s name, rights, and obligations, or certification of facts, by using the verification color pen.

On December 4, 2017, the Defendant: (a) submitted three written agreements modified as stated in the above paragraph (1) to the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court 2017Na33696), via the attorney of the said case, at the appellate court of cancellation of the speculative act at the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court 2017Na33696).
