Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 30, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for fraud and two years of suspended execution at the Seoul Southern District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 7, 2013.

While the Defendant was tried by the Seoul Southern District Court 2012Kadan4588 case, the Defendant prepared a written agreement with the victim B of the said fraud case with the content of the repayment method for the amount of fraud, but tried to add the content that the Defendant does not want the punishment to the Defendant, considering that it was favorable for the trial, to add the phrase “not wanting the punishment of the debtor” to the written agreement with B.

1. On June 25, 2013, at around 09:30 on June 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) asked the employee under whose name the draft was stored in the PC near Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government apartment complex C to enter the term “I will not want the debtor’s punishment by smoothly resolving the draft like the upper flag” into the last part of the terms of the agreement.

Accordingly, the above employee opens the files with the above USB connected to the computer, and then does not want the debtor's punishment by smoothly resolving the above USB at the bottom of the above file, such as "after entering the content added," the existing phrases written in the above file are entirely deleted, and only those written additionally are remaining, and the original copy of the agreement is added, and the debtor's punishment is not sought.

'The part' was made to be printed out together with the original agreement.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the defendant modified the above agreement, which is a private document in B related to a certificate of fact.

2. On June 25, 2013, the Defendant of an altered private document presentation shall submit to the official in charge of the court under the name-based agreement that he/she may know that the agreement has been modified in the public service center of the Seoul Southern District Court located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul. 390.
