A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, along with pro-friendly C, gathered with C to steal the pipe pipe pipes installed in the above “G” building at the construction site of “F”, which is the owner of the building.

1. Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's goods together with C.

2. On September 20, 201, at around 15:00, the Defendant entered the second floor of the building G from Go Chang-gun, Gowon-gun, North Korea, and cut approximately KRW 300 kilograms of the pipe pipe pipe, which was installed at the second floor of the building, owned by the victim, using the cut pipe previously owned by the Defendant, and C cut off approximately KRW 3750,00,000, at the market price of the second floor of the building. Upon examining the network, C cut off the pipe pipe cut by the Defendant, and laid off the pipe onto the outside of the building and the adjacent vehicle owned by the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's goods together with C.

3. On September 28, 201, around 14:00 on September 20, 201, the Defendant entered the first floor of the building in the Gowon-gun, Gowon-gun, North Korea before North Korea on September 20, 201, with C, and the Defendant used a cutting machine previously owned, cutting the pipe pipe, which is the victim owned by the victim, installed in the first floor, the instant building, and C attempted to cut the pipe pipe, which is the victim’s possession, by viewing the network, and did not escape on the spot and did not commit an attempted act.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to steal the victim's goods in collaboration with C.
