A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant got back from September 2015 to September 2017 to the victim B (the name of the Defendant) and the family relation.

1. Taking pictures, among violations of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other crimes);

A. On March 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) taken video pictures against his/her will to the victim, who could cause a sense of sexual humiliation in the victim’s personal phone with the Defendant, Kameras, located in the Defendant’s residence, which was located in the Defendant’s home seated in Mameras, U.S.C. C, U.S.; and (b) taken the form of sexual intercourse with the Defendant.

B. The Defendant taken photographs against his will, on the date and time set forth in the above paragraph (a), and at the place, the Defendant’s cellular phone, which was contained in the camera, and on the victim’s face, which could cause a sense of sexual humiliation under the influence of alcohol, and could cause a sense of sexual humiliation.

The Defendant, at the time and place mentioned in the above paragraph (a), taken a video image against his will that the victim was off, who could cause a sense of sexual humiliation under the influence of alcohol, with the Defendant’s cell phone, and could not cause a sense of sexual humiliation under the influence of alcohol.

2. Intimidation;

A. From October 15 to June 16, 2017, the Defendant threatened the victim by sending text messages the victim’s photograph, name, resident registration number, place of work, personal phone number, etc., “I would, if I would not go to go to, go to go to E or the Internet, write off the victim’s personal body photograph, name, resident registration number, place of work, cell phone number, etc., and if I would go to go to go to you, you would spread to you’s family members or people’s personal body photograph.”

B. On November 19, 2017, the Defendant stated the same purport to the victim at an insular place as above, and the name of the victim, resident registration number, workplace, and workplace are used in the victim’s name, resident registration number, workplace, and workplace on the victim’s face.
