A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around June 2015, the Defendant, at the home of the victim C (n, 37 years of age) related to the victim B (n, 37 years of age) who had a relationship with the victim, taken the victim’s body part, which could cause a sense of sexual humiliation, with the Defendant’s cell phone, and could cause a sense of sexual humiliation, even though the victim expressed his/her intent to view and refuse the face.

2. On July 17, 2015, the Defendant taken the body part of the victim’s body, i.e., the victim, who had the victim’s Kakakao Stockholm message from F, on the ground that the victim had been using the victim’s Kakao Stockholm message in the Mavis-gu Eel located in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si, Won-si, 2015, and even when the victim expressed his intent to refuse it, he taken the victim’s body part against his will.

3. On July 7, 2015, the Defendant sent F’s cell phone numbers at an unspecified place, and sent pictures of the body of the victim against the victim’s will, as described in paragraph (1) above, at F’s cell phone numbers.

As a result, the defendant provided the victim's body photographs which could cause a sense of shame against the victim's will.

4. On July 17, 2015, the Defendant sent a photograph of F’s cell phone numbers from a non-permanent place to F’s cell phone numbers, as described in paragraph (2) above, in which the victim took her clothes against the victim’s will.

As a result, the defendant provided the victim's body photographs which could cause a sense of shame against the victim's will.

[2016 Highest 382] On December 29, 2015, the Defendant, at the victim C’s house located in the B B 1st floor in Sinung-si, Sinung-si, B around 01:45, left the victim’s finger hand over the part of the victim’s fingerprint fingerprint recognition, which is a special media record with the victim’s secret device used by the victim for the purpose of checking the contents of conversation between the victim and other people.
