1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On January 30, 1989, the Plaintiff’s husband B (the Plaintiff’s husband in February 1970) continued to work after entering the Korea Standards Dadiv Bank, Inc., Ltd. on January 30, 1989. On April 13, 2013, the Plaintiff was killed but was transferred to the hospital, after being able to be able to do so with the members of the club and two customers.

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful

A. After the Plaintiff’s assertion that large assets were transferred to C with weak business base, the Deceased died of chronic fruit and stress.

In particular, in light of the fact that the Plaintiff, who was the wife of the Deceased on the day before the instant accident, was employed and was unable to perform the work with the customer on the next day, it can be seen that there was a lot of psychological stress on the performance of the work.

The death of the disaster and the deceased in this case has a proximate causal relation.

B. 1) In fact, the deceased created new customers as PrB RB Rring, mainly manages large-amount assets in exclusive charge, and contributes to the expansion of the operations of the bank by strengthening the relationship with the existing customers. On December 1, 2010, the deceased was transferred from the funeral Dong to the remote source branch on September 3, 2012, and was transferred to C at the remote source branch on September 3, 2012.
