1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 15, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

1. On April 11, 2017, the Plaintiff leased KRW 3500,000 to the Defendant by depositing KRW 5 million, and KRW 350,00,000,00 in the account requested by the Defendant to the Defendant.

On April 19, 2017, the Plaintiff prepared a loan certificate at the time when the Defendant and the Defendant received the construction cost for the Housing Site Development Project with the Warsaws Association (SPS), which entered into a contract with the Korea Warsaw Association (SPS). However, it is difficult to receive the construction cost due to the suspension of construction, and the said loan is claimed as payment.
