A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall distribute, sell, rent, or openly exhibit any obscene codes, door, sound, image, or motion picture via an information and communications network.

1. From Oct. 1, 2018 to Mar. 9, 2019, the Defendant distributed obscene materials to “B” at the dormitory located in the Defendant’s residence located in the Chungcheongbuk-si, by accessing the Internet video sharing site (hereinafter “B”) to “D” and posting a video file with the male and female sexual intercourse with a total of 1,705 times in total, by the same method from Oct. 1, 2018 to Mar. 9, 2019.

Accordingly, the Defendant distributed obscene images through information and communications networks.

2. From January 1, 2019 to January 31, 2019, the Defendant posted a video file with the “E” and “F”, which connects the Internet video sharing site (i.e., “E” and “F”) by a computer to Adidi, “E” and “F,” and which connects the Internet video sharing site (i.e., “E” and “F”) to a certain point only, so that many unspecified people accessing the said site can get downloaded if only a certain point is paid, as described in the title of “J” on the bulletin so that they have sexual intercourse with their gender exposed to their gender, and then up to January 30, 2019, the Defendant posted a video file via the same method as at least 228 times in total.

Accordingly, the Defendant distributed obscene images through information and communications networks.

3. From January 18, 2019 to March 18, 2019, the Defendant had access to “K” as a computer from the L Building M to “K,” which is an Internet video-sharing site (hereinafter “welsite”), from January 18, 2019.
